Interested in offering a Partner Discount to BCEDA Members?
By offering a Partner Discount, you can elevate your corporate brand and leverage our reach to connect with your target audience. If you have a unique offering that helps local and Indigenous government enhances economic development efforts, then we would love to hear from you.
Interested parties must meet the following criteria:
- Partnership/Sponsorship. Partners must hold a minimum Bronze BCEDA Partnership. Partners in good standing must renew partnership prior to January 31st of each year to maintain benefits.
- Alignment with BCEDA Code of Ethics. Partners must commit to following BCEDA’s Code of Ethics and commitment to supporting communities in every region of the province.
- Unique value. Partners must offer unique value to economic development efforts, i.e. savings and/or non-financial benefits that cannot be secured elsewhere.
- Referral Fees. If a member of BCEDA reaches out to the partner based on a referral from BCEDA, then the partner must agree to a referral fee should the member sign up for services. For minimum referral requirements please email info@bceda.ca. BCEDA will send referrals received through our marketing and website to the partner for follow-up. Where a revenue share arrangement is in place, partners must settle any revenue owing no later than 90 days following the year to which it relates.
- Promotional assets. Partners must provide multi-media content, which may include videos, for promotional purposes.
- Program management and support. Partners are responsible for managing all aspects of their member benefits program and providing technical/non-technical support to program participants as needed.
- Active participation. Partners are encouraged to be active participants at our virtual and/or in-person events, including the BC Economic Summit.
In addition to the benefits outlined in your partnership category (ie: Gold), partners offering a discount will also receive the following:
- Marketing – One single email announcing partner discount (may be combined with other economic development news/information).
- Listing on Partner Perks/Discounts page on BCEDA website.
- Listing in “Partner Discounts” section of monthly e-newsletter
